I don’t talk politic here so much but tomorow the french government wants to destroy the french statut of “artist author”. It’s an admnistrative statut for creative professional in France. It’s not a big thing but it allows to a lot of creative professionals such as comics author, writers, artist etc… to simplify fiscality, or just social protection. This statut takes care of the specific needs of creative. It was not a paradise with it, majority of creators and artist are poor here but it was a small protection. Now the government has simply decided to throw it away and ignores every complains from our community.
